摘    要:本文提出用微波激励板条形波导CO_2激光器,以期在远场实现同相锁定相干输出。文中首先对微波波导谐振腔进行设计计算;第二部分对如何得到同相锁定相干输出的板条形CO_2光波导进行设计计算;最后给出输出光束特性的预测。

Abstract:A slab waveguide CO_2 laser excited by microwave has been designed and constructed to obtain the output in phase locking coherence. It is expected to achieve an inspiring output of which beam distribution is highly compressed at the center of far-field. The design of the microwave waveguide cavity is given firstly in this paper. Then the calculation of the slab waveguide CO_2 laser with phase locking coherence output is described. The prediction of the optical performances are presented last.
