| 摘 要： | 大多数业内人士和经济学者非常赞赏我国工程建设领域中的定额体系,现在最紧迫的任务是使定额中的量与价分离,使消耗量成为国家标准,使造价成为市场信息。改革现行定额中的人工单价、材料预算价格的编制办法,实现与国际接轨的“控制量,放开价,由企业自主报价,最终由市场形成价格”。

| Abstract: | Most industrial persons and economists highly appreciate the price quotation system in engineering construction fields of China. The most urgent task now is to separate the quantity from price in the quotation, let the consumption amount become the national standard and cost become the market information. The composition method for the human unit price and estimated material price in the existing quotation should be reformed. The "controlled quantity, opening price, price quoted by an enterprise itself, finally market formed price" will be realized to link to the international way at last. |
