| 摘 要： | 叙述了嵊山５００ｔ／ｄ反渗透海水淡化示范工程项目的总体设计、设备的研制和选型，以及工艺和系统控制过程，通过对对反渗透海不淡化系统的５００ｈ考核运行和测试，结果表明该系统运行参数稳定，设备运行正常，性能指标达到设计要求，产品符合国家生活饮用水标准。根据该项目投资和当地实际情况，概要地分析了该系统的造水成本，经济和社会效益。

| Abstract: | The overall design, manufacture of equipment, selection of equipment model, technical process and system control of the reverse osmosis (RO) sea water desalination pilot project with 500 t/d capacity are described. The system's check-out operation for 500 h and the monitoring results show that the system is normally operating with stable operating parameters and the qualified performance indexes for the design requirements, the product water attaining the national drinking water standards. According to the project's investment and local conditions, the water-making cost, and economical and social benefits of the system are summarily analyzed. |
