摘    要:为解决杯突试验机夹紧力的校准问题,采用单体式多分量结构设计新型测力传感器,同时采用电路补偿和软件对非线性误差修正来提高传感器的准确度,采用计算机测量系统对多分量力传感器的重复性和稳定性进行考核。测量结果表明:设计的多分量力传感器各分量的重复性不大于0.07%,而长期稳定性优于0.26%。

Abstract:In order to solve the calibration problem of the clamping force for the cupping testing machine,a new force sensor exclusively is developed by adopting multi-components structure with single cylinder type,and the compensation circuit and software are used to correct nonlinear error so as to improve the accuracy of the sensor.The computer measuring system is adopted to evaluate the repetition and the stability of multi-components force sensor.The measuring result shows that the repetition of the components force sensor designed is less than 0.07%,and the stability of the long-term usage is better than 0.26%.
