共凝聚气浮装置的研制及性能试验

摘    要:根据气泡与絮体的粘附和紊流气浮理论,设计了共凝聚气浮反应器的试验装置,该装置采用了气液混合泵溶气,取代了传统气浮装置中的空压机、溶气罐和释放器,实现了混凝和气浮一体化。对COD的质量浓度为5 820~5 860 mg/L的皮革废水处理的试验表明:在工作压力为0.6 MPa,停留时间为30 min左右,处理效果稳定的回流体积比为225%左右,硫酸亚铁投加量为2.66 g/L,COD去除率达90%以上。

Abstract:A test device of co-coagulation flotation reactor was designed on the basis of the conglutination of bubble and flocs and turbulent flotation theory,in the device,the gas liquid mixed pump was used as a new kind of air saturation equipment to substitute the air compressor,the dissolved air vessel and the pressure releaser in traditional air floation device.The integration of coagulation and air floation was realized.The results of the test on the treat-ment of the tannery wastewater which COD mass concentration was 5 820-5 860 mg/L showed that: a stable treat-ment effect was obtained when the operating pressure was 0.6 MPa,the HRT was about 30 min;the volume ratio of backflow reached about 225%,the dosage of ferrous sulfate was 2.66 g/L,the removal rate of COD was above 90%.
