摘    要:建立了混凝土泵泵送系统换向过程的数学模型,采用计算机仿真手段,以HBT80混凝土泵为实例,获得了泵送系统在不同条件下换向时液压缸活塞的速度动态变化规律,仿真结果为混凝土泵设计提供了有益的指导。

Abstract:Establishes the mathematic model of direction changing of pumping system for concrete pump.By computer simulation and taking model HBT80 concrete pump as an example,dynamic changing regularity of piston velocity during direction changing of pumping system for concrete pump is obtained under different conditions.The results are helpful to concrete pump design.
