| 摘 要： | 中国石化集团青岛石油化工有限责任公司1.6 Mt/a延迟焦化装置开工后一段时间,炼制劣质油后顶循系统结盐严重,造成顶循泵密封失效,导致密封更换过频。对结盐原因进行分析,并采取措施,减少了系统结盐,降低了密封更换频率。

| Abstract: | The overhead recycle system of fractionator in the 1.6 MM TPY delayed coking unit in SINOPEC Qingdao Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.experienced serious salt deposition when processing low-quality feed oil after it was started up.The overhead recycle pump seals failed and seals had to be replaced frequently. The causes of salt deposition were analyzed and effective measures have been taken,which has reduced the salt deposition and seal replacement frequency. |
