一种提高示波器线性度的标定方法

为了解决目前数字存储示波器静态线性度不够精确的问题,提出一种标定数字存储示波器零点的方法,给出了得到示波器电平零点、触发零点、电压放大倍数及灵敏度的前期D/A转换值的样本点的流程图,并对其进行了线性分析和关系转换,获得了各个档位的参数标定结果。试验结果表明经过此标定方法得到的零点准确,减小了档位变换误差,提高了示波器线性度。

Calibration Method to Improve the Linearity of Oscilloscope
