指针式仪表自动检定系统图像识别技术

摘    要:将机器视觉技术应用到指针式仪表的检定系统中,可以改变传统的靠人工读数进行检定的方法,提高了指针式仪表检定的效率与精度。指针式仪表的识别与检定,关键就是通过指针示值的动态识别,来实现仪器仪表的读数和自动检定。针对指针式仪表示值的自动判读,提出了一种新的图像识别方法。该方法适合实际应用,检定精度高,准确性好。经实验数据证明,该识别方法简单、稳定且识别误差小。
