| Abstract: | The paper briefly introduces highway bridge culvert, analyzes factors influencing highway bridge culvert construction quality including geological environment, technical scheme, construction material and artificial operation, and puts forward quality controlling countermeasures from two aspects of person management and operation technics, with a view to ensure construction quality. |
