主轴的静刚度计算与检测

摘    要:对主轴单元的径向刚度进行了理论分析,基于赫兹理论计算了支撑主轴的角接触球轴承和精密双列圆柱滚子轴承的刚度,建立主轴轴承-转子系统的有限元模型,进行了有限元分析。同时,对主轴的静刚度进行检测,对检测数据进行处理与分析,得到主轴的静刚度值。试验结果表明:主轴的理论刚度计算与有限元分析方法具有可行性,与检测的结果基本一致,为研究主轴的静刚度提供了理论支撑。

Static Stiffness Calculation and Testing for the Spindle

Abstract:The paper analyzes the radial stiffness of the spindle unit in theory. The stiffness of the angular contact ball bearing to support the chief spindle is calculated and the finite element model for the spindle bearing rotor system is established to analyze based on Hertz theory. Meanwhile, the spindle static stiffness value can be figured out through the detection of the spindle static stiffness and the analysis of the testing data. The theoretical support for the research of the spindle static stiffness is provided by the spindle stiffness theory calculation and finite element analysis method which shown feasible according to the experimental results.
