| Abstract: | Through the summing up existed experience and drawing lessons from foreign supervision system, this paper analyzed the project super- vision present situation of our highway construction, emphatically discussed the highway engineering quality, progress and cost supervision key points, and pointed out should reform the existing unreasonable supervision constitution, establish supervision market evaluation system, in order to make our highway engineering supervision industry flourished in China. |
