摘    要:芯体作为全热交换器热质交换的关键构件,其迎风面的气流分布对换热效率有重要影响。针对一种垂直交叉流板翘式全热交换器,通过实验说明芯体迎风面气流分布的不均匀性,并通过数值计算的方法,对不同风量下的芯体迎风面的气流分布以及对换热效率的影响进行了分析研究。结果表明:芯体迎风面的气流速度分布不均匀,且不均匀性随着风量的增大而增强;不均匀系数越大,对换热效率的影响越大。

Abstract:The core is regarded as a key component for the total heat exchanger, and its windward airflow distribution has a great influ-ertce on the total efficiency. For a kind of vertical cross flow plate type total heat exchanger, the influence of windward airflow distribution on the total heat exchanger core was analyzed and researched under different flow rates by the numerical calculation and the experimental method. The results showed that the windward airflow distribution of the total heat exchanger core is uneven. The uniformity coefficient in-creases with the increase of the airflow rate. The larger uniformity coefficient is, the lower heat exchange efficiency is.
