| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the tender competition environment according to the operation principle of the rolling balls method in the compre- hensive evaluation method, adopts the probability statistics to research, and concludes the optimal tender and pricing strategies of the tender com- panies of various ranks, so as to provide some reference to the tendering of relative companies. |
