摘    要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为分散剂、尿素为沉淀剂,通过水热法制备了前驱体MnCO3,经热处理得到MnO2。利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对材料的结构和形貌进行表征,结合循环伏安和恒流充放电测试材料的电化学性能。结果表明:二氧化锰呈现出立方体的结构,样品在-0.4~0.6V(vs.SCE)的电位范围内具有良好的电容性能和循环稳定性,在0.5A/g的电流密度下单电极的放电比电容高达312.3F/g.

Abstract:The sample was obtained by thermal decomposition of the precursor MnCO3 synthesized via a fluid phase method, with Cetrimonium Bromide and Urea as dispersant and precipitant. The structure and morphology of the material was studied by XRD and SEM when the electrochemical performances were characterized by cyclic voltam- metry, galvanostatic charge-dischargeand. The results show that the material of MnO2 which has a cube-shaped structure presented excellent capacitance behavior and cycling stability within the potential range of -0.4-0.6 V (vs. SCE) in an electrolyte of KOH. The specific capacitance of the electrode reached 312.3 F/g at a current density of 0. 5 A/g.
