高能级强夯机液压系统分析与设计

摘    要:在分析了高能级强夯机对液压系统要求的基础上,根据液压系统技术指标对该系统进行整体方案设计,对其功能和工作原理进行分析,确定系统各回路的基本结构,按照所给机构性能参数和液压性能参数进行元件的选择计算,以满足该强夯机所要达到的要求。

Abstract:Based on the analysis about requirements of hydraulic system in High - Energy Grade Dynamic Compaction Machine, the overall scheme was designed according to the hydraulic system technology index on this system, and, the function and working principle of this system is analyzed. Also, the basic structure of each circuit in this system was confirmed. According to the calculation which was made by the given organization performance parameters and hydraulic performance parameters, the demands of this dynamic compaction machine was satisfied.
