摘    要:以青岛自银川国道主干线汾柳高速公路南川河大桥钻孔灌注桩基础施工为例,论述了钻孔灌注桩的施工工艺及技术要求,并结合具体施工过程中出现的钻孔偏斜、钢筋笼吊装过程中的变形、清孔不达标等问题提出了现场的解决方法和措施,并提出了用保持原浆比重的泥浆换浆清孔,以防止孔壁坍塌,确保工程质量。

Abstract:Taking the bored piles foundation construction of Nanchuanhe bridge of Fen-Liu highway of Qingdao to Yinchuan trunk highway as an example, this paper discussed the construction technology and technical key points of bored piles, and combining with borehole deflection, de- formation, hole cleaning not up to standard in reinforcing cage hoisting process and other problems in specific construction process put forward so- lutions and measures, and put forward site using the mud maintain protoplasm proportion to displace mud hole cleaning, in order to prevent the hole wall collapse, ensured the engineering quality.
