汽车缸体激光淬火生产线成套设备

摘    要:研究了汽车发动机缸体激光淬火在线生产的关键技术。对激光器光腔结构、光学元件及冷却技术进行了改进;水基金属氧化物胶体吸光剂和精密的内孔自动喷涂方法,解决了缸体激光淬火吸光层在线制备的技术难题;开发了发动机缸体激光淬火数控机床。基于上述技术,并采用模块化设计,有效实现光、机、电系统集成,在国内首次实现了汽车发动机缸体激光淬火的在线式生产。

Abstract:The key technique of on line laser quenching manufacture for automobile engine cylinder is studied and laser resonator construction,optical elements and cooling technique are improved.Aqua metal oxide colloid absorbency is developed,to form absorb light coat on line is realized with the help of precision hole spurt out method.Based on the above technique,an engine cylinder laser quenching numerical control machine is developed.The machine is an optical,mechanical,electrical modular system.It is the first time for automobile engine cylinder is quenched on line in China.
