| 摘 要： | 介绍了高效热管及热管空气预热器的结构和工作原理，在常成压蒸馏装置加热炉上的应用效果、存在问题及改进措施。应用情况表明高效热管可充分回收烟气余热，南阳石蜡精细化工厂蒸馏装置加热炉应用高效热管后，热效率提高了7％。高效热管技术成熟可靠，投资少，见效快，可广泛应用于炼油化工装置加热炉上，降低燃料消耗，增加经济效益。

| Abstract: | The structure,working principl of high-efficient heat tube and the heat tube preheater,the application effectiveness,the problem on the furnace of atmospheric and vacuum distillation after bring it into effect and improving measure are recommended.It is implied that the residual heat can be recycled.The efficiency is increased by seven precents.The technology of high-efficient heat tube is reliable and the investment is not much,but can get result as soon as possible.The techonical can be wildly used in the furnace.It can reduce the consuption of fuel and gain more economic benefit. |
