工学结合的职业院校办学模式研究

工学结合是我国传统的知行学说在职业教育办学模式上的体现,它践行了马克思主义教育与生产劳动相结合的理论,是建构主义学习理论的映证,是过程功能教学法理论的实际应用。工学结合办学模式在世界范围内职业教育的改革与实践中,得到普遍认可,我国职业院校围绕以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向的职业教育方针,通过学习、借鉴欧美国家职业教育模式,探索以工学结合为内涵的各种职业教育的成功经验,有力地推动了我国职业教育师资队伍建设,调动了行业企业的积极性,提高了高素质劳动者和技能型人才培养的有效性。

Study on the School-running Mode of Combining Work with Study in Vocational Schools

The combination of work and study demonstrates our traditional theory of knowing and doing embodied in vocational school system,which implements Marxism combining education with productive labor theory,and conveys both constructivist learning theory and the process function instructional theory.It is widely recognized in the world of vocational education reform and practice.According to vocational education policy of taking the service as the aim and taking the employment as the guidance,our vocational schools have explored various vocational education modes based on the connotation of combining work with study through learning the success experience of vocational education in Europe and the United States,and it is a strong impetus to the construction of professional teaching staff,stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises,and improve the effectiveness of high-quality workers and skilled personnel training.
