| 摘 要： | 电力系统调度中心的调度用计算机主机，使用远程终端采集传送来的状态信息．除完成系统安全监控的功能之外，还要求能完成其它的调度功能和运行分析计算功能，如安全分析，经济调度等。为此，需要对传送来的状态信息，进行合格的相容性处理．本文提出了采用逐层进行状态信息的参数估计处理方法．首先检查有无不合格的数据，然后进行参数估计．这种方法将电力系统的状态估计和在线潮流计算同时结合进行，较现在一般使用的方法，计算速度快，占用内存少．在几个实际系统中应用表明适合于实时计算使用．文中介绍了有关原理、算法和应用情况．

| Abstract: | A fast method for state estimate in power systems is presented in this paper. The processing speed is greatly improved by the parameter estimation of the state information layer upon layers, and by the combination of state estimate and on-line power flow calculation. The principle, arithmetic and application of the method is described in this paper. |
