国内原油电脱盐装置的罐内结构与技术分析

摘    要:依据电场在水滴电聚结过程中的作用机理,对国内在用的电脱盐技术的不同罐内结构形式进行了技术分析和比较,认为高速电脱盐技术具有脱盐速度快、脱盐效率高、切水含油少和电耗低等优点,在同等条件下,原油加工能力可以大幅度提高,是我国电脱盐技术的发展方向。

Abstract:Different inner structures of domestic crude electric desalter have been analyzed and compared according to the functional mechanism of electric field in the water drop electro coalescence process. High speed electric desalting features such characteristics as high speed and efficiency desaltings lower oil content in the drainage and the low electricity consumption. Crude capacity can be increased greatly compared under the same conditions. It is the development trend of domestic electric desalting technology.
