几种建筑给水管材的价值工程分析

摘    要:在简要介绍价值工程原理和现有常见建筑给水管材的基础上,以上海市某一18层住宅楼给水管材的选择为例,着重介绍了价值工程原理在给水管材选择上的运用。在考虑到成本因素和供水安全及水质的情况下,通过分析比较,作者认为在一般标准的住宅楼中,易选用UPVC管作为给水管,在中等标准的住宅楼中,易选用PP-R管作为给水管,而在较高标准的住宅中则易选择铜管作为给水管。

Abstract:Based on a brief introduction of the theory of value engineering and common pipe material in building water supply, taking a 18-storied residential building in Shanghai as a case, this paper introduced the application of theory of value engineering for the selection of pipe material. Under the condition of considering capital cost, safety and quality of water supply, UPVC is more appropriate for common grade residential building, PP-R for medium grade, and copper material for high grade.
