汽车液压制动主缸在线检测系统的设计

摘    要:开发了一套汽车液压制动主缸在线检测系统的装置。该检测装置由工控机控制,采用气压传动技术,开发了专用测试软件。该系统结合机电一体化技术、计算机控制技术和气动控制技术,能检测制动主缸的八项项性能指标,并自动分析检测结果,能同时显示、保存、打印报表。大量的试验证明新开发的试验台自动化程度高、试验方法合理、功能齐全、测试结果准确可靠。

Abstract:According to the new national profession standard QC/T311-2008《Performance requirements and bench test methods of automobile brake master cylinder》,This research is to develop a auto brake parts comprehensive performance testing devices,by using industrial computer control of pneumatic transmission technology,develop the special test software,The system combines integrated technology,computer control technology and pneumatic control technology.it can detect the eight displacement of automobile brake master cylinder,and automatically analyzes the test results,it also can display,save,print the test report.As a lots of test results,it has the high automation degree,reasonable test methods,complete functional,accurate and reliable test results.
