摘    要:采用弱阳离子聚氨酯树脂Bayderm Prebottom HL封底形成预底层,阴离子树脂Bayderm Bottom10UD和成膜剂Bayderm Prebottom APV喷底层,溶剂型涂饰剂和自交联氨基硅油喷顶层的防水“三明治”涂饰工艺,较好地解决了植鞣绵羊皮服装革涂饰的技术难点。生产出的成品革色泽浓艳饱满,手感柔软、丰满而且有弹性。经过检测,成品革具有较好的防水性,在较短的时间内,具有满意的耐候性,成品革的耐干湿擦牢度达到5.0/4.0,完全可以达到服装革的穿着要求。成品革的各项理化性能指标完全达到了服装用革行业标准。

Abstract:In this process, with cationic polyurethane resin Bayderm Prebottom HL on the prebottom coat, anion polyurethane resin Bayderm Bottom 10UD and filming agent Bayderm Prebottom APV on the base coat, solvent finish and self-crosslinking amino silicon on the top waterproof coat, this finish process that solve the technical difficulty of vegetable-tanning sheepskin garment finish is called "sandwich" finishing process. The result leather is heavy shade,gay-coloured,soft,fullness and high-covering ,resilient. After testing, the result leather has better waterproof and weather-resistance in the short period. The fastness to friction of the result leather is 5.0(Dry)/4.0(Wet). The physical and chemical performance completely meet association trade's standard.
