摘    要:基质酸化是油气井增产和增注的重要措施,而储层孔隙和裂缝是两个彼此独立且又相互联系的水动力学系统。文章针对碳酸盐岩储层基质酸化时酸在裂缝性-孔隙系统中的流动反应特点,建立燕完善了裂缝性碳酸盐基质酸化设计计算模型,模型中考虑了酸液的非稳态渗流、地层温度、反应热和天然裂缝分布等多种因素的影响。在计算方法处理上改变原来采用积分方法计算一阶Bessel函数的方法,提出了一种全新的计算一阶Bessel函数的经验计算公式,该方法能保证高的计算精度和计算速度。并在此基础上研制了基质酸化设计软件,模拟计算结果表明,模型可靠,计算方法合理,能较好地模拟裂缝性碳酸盐岩储层基质酸化过程,可用于基质酸化设计和优化施工参数。

Abstract:Matrix acidizing is an important measure of stimulation in oil and gas wells.The pores and fractures in reservoir are two independent and interrelated hydrodynamic systems.In light of the reaction property of the acid flowing in fracture-porous system when the carbonate reservoir rock matrix is acidized,a calculating model of acidizing design of fractured carbonate rock matrix is set up and improved and the influence of various factors,such as the unsteady-state flow of acid liquid,the formation temperature,the reaction heat and the distribution of natural fractures,etc. is considered in the model.In order to change the method of calculating first-order Bessel function by integration,a new empirical formula was proposed for calculating the function,being of high accuracy and calculating speed.Based on this,a matrix acidizing design software was developed.Through analog calculation it is shown that the model is reliable,being of a reasonable calculating method,by which the matrix acidizing process of the fractured carbonate reservoir can be well simulated,and it may be used for the matrix acidizing design and for optimizing operating parameters.
