摘    要:采用高速剪切工艺制备了SBS改性沥青,并应用凝胶渗透色谱法测试了SBS改性沥青在不同发育时间下的分子量分布特征,探讨了SBS改性沥青的机理,提出适合于SBS改性沥青的工艺条件是高温剪切后低温充分发育的二阶段工艺。

Abstract:In this paper by Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC) characteristic of the molecular weight distribution is determined, and the SBS(Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified mechanism is probed. Through systemic tests the optimal technology conditions of SBS modified asphalt is defined, that is, by following steps shearing SBS by high-speed shear equipment, and then, developing in lower temperature.
