立式圆筒筛分级铁精矿试验研究

立式圆筒筛是一种融合了水力分级和筛分分级两种分级特点的新型细粒分级设备。采用该设备对江西铁坑铁矿铁精矿进行分级试验，４００ｍｍ立筛的连续试验获得筛下产品小于０．０７６ｍｍ含量占８８％，分级效率达８８．３１％；１０００ｍｍ立筛工业试验获得筛下产品小于０．０７６ｍｍ含量占８０．１８％，分级效率达９２．５８％。文中对立筛的技术性能、分级原理作了介绍。

Experimental study of concentrate classification using vertical trommel screen

The vertical trommel is a new type of fine material classifying equipment which combinied the characteristics of both hydraulic classification and screening.The continuous classification test of iron concentrates using the vertical trommel screen,condueted in Tiekeng iron mine,Jiangxi province,has shown that the undersize fraction of-0.076mm from400mm and1000mm trommmels is 88%and 80.18%,the screening efficiency-up to 88.31%and 92.58%,respectively,The technical characteristics and performance principle of the vertical trommel screen were presented in this paper.
