蕨麻粗多糖酶法脱蛋白工艺

摘    要:摸索蕨麻粗多糖脱蛋白工艺条件,为蕨麻粗多糖的纯化提供理论依据。实验选取了木瓜蛋白酶、中性蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶进行蕨麻粗多糖脱蛋白实验,采用正交试验研究了酶添加量、酶解温度、酶解时间、pH值对蕨麻粗多糖脱蛋白工艺的影响。选取胰蛋白酶进行脱蛋白实验,最佳脱蛋白条件为酶添加量0.25g、酶解温度30℃、酶解时间4h、pH值7.8。

Abstract:The method of deproteinization from patentillaunserina polysaccharide was studied in this paper. Removing protein abilities of three enzymes (papain ,Neutrase and Trypsin)from polysaccharide extracted from patentillaunserina were compared, and the influences of enzme dosage, temperature, heating time and pH on deproteinization rate were also studied. The results showed that:Trypsin was better, and the optimum conditions obtained by orthogonal design experment were as follows:enzme dosage was 0.12g, extraction temperature was 30℃ extraction time was 4h,and pH was 7.8.
