膜分离与吸收稳定系统耦合脱除乙苯原料气中的丙烯

摘    要:为使乙苯原料气中丙烯的摩尔分数降至0.3%,对吸收稳定系统工艺流程进行了改进,提出了膜分离与吸收稳定系统耦合的3种新工艺——吸收塔前串联膜分离器、吸收塔后串联膜分离器和再吸收塔后串联膜分离器;并用HYSYS流程模拟软件对新工艺进行了模拟计算。模拟计算结果表明,新工艺的冷负荷和热负荷分别比现有工艺降低了42.4%,28.2%,29.2%和44.5%,31.3%,31.6%。综合考虑各方案的冷热负荷、塔负荷和经济效益,吸收塔前串联膜分离器是脱除乙苯原料气中丙烯的最佳方案。

Abstract:For the sake to reduce content of propylene in ethylbenzene feed gas to 0.3%(mole fraction),modification of existing absorption-stabilization system by integration of membrane separation and absorption-stabilization system is proposed.The new technology can be arranged in alternative processes,i.e.membrane separator before absorber,membrane separator after absorber,and membrane separator after second absorber.HYSYS software was used to simulate alternative processes of the new technology in comparison with existing technology,both cooling load and heat load of the new processes decrease by 42.4%,28.2%,29.2% and 44.5%,31.3%,31.6% corresponding to the above proposed three alternative arrangements.Taking comprehensive consideration of cooling and heat load in columns as well as global view of economic analysis,the optimum process is the one that linking membrane separator before absorber column.
