洗毛废水处理工程

摘    要:根据羊毛洗涤废水的特点,采用UASB和好氧工艺处理该废水。运行结果表明:ρ(CODCr)≤5200mg/L,ρ(BOD5)≤3000mg/L,ρ(SS)≤2200mg/L时,出水ρ(CODCr)<200mg/L,ρ(BOD5)<60mg/L,ρ(SS)<200mg/L。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the wastewater from wool washing, a UASB and aerobic process was used to treat the said wastewater. Results of the operation showed that when the ρ(CODCr)of the inlet water was ≤5 200 mg/L, the ρ(BOD5)of the inlet water was ≤3 000 mg/L and the ρ(SS)of the inlet water was ≤2 200 mg/L, the ρ(CODCr)of the effluent water was < 200 mg/L, the ρ(BOD5)of the effluent water was < 60 mg/L and the ρ(SS)of the effluent water was < 200 mg/L.
