鞍山地区红铁矿选矿技术研究

摘    要:按矿物组成、结构构造、矿物嵌布粒度、原矿品位对鞍山地区东鞍山铁矿石、齐大山铁矿石的资源特点进行了分析。介绍了鞍山地区过去应用和现在改进的连续磨矿、单一碱性正浮选工艺,阶段磨矿、重选-磁选-酸性正浮选工艺,焙烧-磁选工艺,连续磨矿、弱磁-强磁-阴离子反浮选工艺,阶段磨矿、粗细分级、重选-磁选-阴离子反浮选工艺,并分析了上述各个工艺流程的特点,对鞍山地区红铁矿下-步选矿技术进步提出建议。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the resource characteristics of Donganshan ore and Qidashan ore in Anshan region, such as mineral composition, mineral dissemination size and grade of run-of-mine ore, describes the beneficiation processes for the red iron ores which were used and now are improved, such as process consisting of continuous grinding, single direct flotation in alkaline medium, process of staged grinding, gravity separation, magnetic separation and direct flotation in acidic medium, process of roasting and magnetic separation, process of continuous grinding, low intensity magnetic separation, high intensity magnetic separation and anionic indirect flotation and process of staged grinding, classification into coarse and fine fractions, low intensity magnetic separation, high intensity magnetic separation and anionic indirect flotation. Their features are analyzed and suggestions are made on the progress in the beneficiation technology for the red iron ores in Anshan region.
