炮弹钻孔的钻通自停研究

摘    要:为了实现不同加工条件下炮弹钻通时钻头的准确自停,从而避免钻头钻入发射药而带来安全隐患,分析了炮弹自动钻削过程中轴向力变化规律,在此基础上提出了一种利用轴向力变化率判定钻通方法。并与常用的轴向力判定法进行对比实验,分别测量在不同加工条件下两种判定方法的钻头凸入量,验证了轴向力变化率判定法具有更好的效果。

Abstract:In order to avoid the explosion at the time that cannonball is drilled through, drilling bit must be stopped at once when the cannonball is drilled through. This paper makes a study of thechangeable law in the process of drilling on the cannonball and puts forward a new method that the law is used to judge whether the cannonball is drilled through or not. As compared with the common method, experimental results show that the new method is used to stop the dill more accurately.
