基于机器视觉的太阳能电池片位置误差检测

摘    要:为了提高太阳能焊接机的焊接精度和焊接速度,提出了基于机器视觉在线检测太阳能电池片位置误差的方法。采用最小误差法对图像进行阈值分割,通过轮廓提取出电池片的轮廓;采用Hough变换直线检查的方法得到了电池片边缘及三线所在直线;计算出电池片的位置误差。实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:In order to improve the precision and welding speed of the solar welding machine, a method based on machine vision is proposed, which is used to detect the position error of the online solar cells. Firstey, the minimum error method is applied to the threshold segmentation of the image, then contour extraction method is used to extract the outline of the solar cells, the edge of the cells and third-line in the straight line is gotten by means of Hough transform method to calculate the position error of the cells ,The result proves that it is effectiue.
