某浸染型低硫低镍铂钯矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:某浸染型低硫低镍铂钯矿石,铂、钯元素在矿物中的分布广泛而微量,无法明确其主要载体矿物。重选、浸出和初步浮选试验结果表明,重选和浸出对铂、钯的回收效果均不理想,而浮选比较适合用于从该矿石中回收铂、钯。通过浮选试验研究,硫化钠和硫酸铜是较理想的活化剂,最终闭路试验得到了Pt+Pd品位大于50 g/t的铂钯精矿。

Abstract:Platinum and palladium disperse extensively in other minerals in a disseminated platinum-palladium ore,making it difficult to identify their main carriers.Gravity separation and leaching failed to gain satisfactory results according to experiment reports,while flotation stands out as suitable means to recover platinum and palladium.Na2S and CuSO4 were chosen as fairly good activators after experimental research on flotation.And a 50 g/t plus grade of Pt+Pd concentrates was obtained in the closed circuit.
