GD包装机组烟库搅烟传动装置的改进分析

为解决烟库搅烟传动装置的润滑油易渗入到搅烟电动机内部,引起绕组损坏,烧毁直流电动机及控制器件的问题。将搅烟电动机的安装方式改变为立式。重新设计了弧齿圆锥齿轮、圆锥齿轮轴和锥齿轮传动箱,使电动机动力输出轴的前端盖位置高于原传动箱润滑油的液面位置,采用两个滚动轴承将圆锥齿轮轴固定在锥齿轮传动箱内。经半年的试运行,新的烟库搅烟传动装置传动平稳,运行可靠,在车间所有设备推广使用,未发生烧毁直流电动机及控制器件的现象,改进效果明显。

Reformation Analysis of Agitating Gears in Tobacco Storeroom for Tobacco Packaging Equipment.

In order to prevent lubricant in agitating gears of tobacco storeroom from seeping inside the agitating motor, damaging the winding and burning the direct current motor and controlling device, This paper sets up the agitating motor and designs the arc bevel gear, bevel pinion shaft and bevel pinion housing, so that the front end cover of power take-off shaft of motor overtops the liquid level of lubricant in the original transmission case. Meanwhile, bevel pinion shaft is fixed inside the bevel pinion housing by utilizing two rolling bearings. Through half-year test run, the new agitating gears in tobacco storeroom transmits smoothly and steadily without de- stroying motors and equipments and are applied to all the machineries in the workshop.
