赤铁矿常温浮选的阴离子捕收剂研制与试验

摘    要:以地沟油酸、H酸和促进剂KDT-1为原料制成了赤铁矿常温浮选阴离子捕收剂KA-1。应用捕收剂KA-1处理贫赤铁矿混磁精矿, 在21~24 ℃, 可以获得精矿品位68.63%、精矿回收率90.20%的良好结果。利用废弃资源合成的KA-1捕收剂适于常温浮选, 有利于提高贫赤铁矿资源利用率, 有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:KA-1, a new type of anionic collector for hematite flotation at room temperature, was synthesized with oleic acid in swill-cooked dirty oils and H-acid as raw materials, KDT-1 as accelerator. With KA-1 introduced to treat a mixed magnetic concentrate of lean hematite at 21~24 ℃, a good result of the concentrate with TFe grade and recovery at 68.63% and 90.20%, respectively, was attained. The results show that, KA-1, a collector prepared with waste materials, is suitable for hematite flotation at normal temperature and favorable to improving the utilization of lean hematite resource, presenting a good potential in application.
