某细粒金红石矿重选富集工艺研究

摘    要:对河南某地细粒金红石矿进行了矿石性质及重选富集工艺研究。应用螺旋溜槽、普通矿泥摇床、双曲波摇床、悬振锥面选矿机和Falcon离心选矿机等几种重选设备, 对RTiO2品位为2.68%的细粒金红石矿进行了抛尾富集试验。结果表明, 新型悬振锥面选矿机对细粒金红石表现出较好的抛尾富集效果, 得到的粗精矿品位和回收率分别为9.13%和80.96%, 抛尾产率可以达到76%以上。

Abstract:On the basis of process mineralogy study, finely-disseminated rutile ore containing 2.68% of RTiO2 was processed separately with spiral chute, traditional shaking table, double-waving shaking table, suspension vibration cone separator and Falcon centrifugal separator in order to discard tailings. The results show that, this rutile ore can be well enriched when suspension vibration cone separator is used for tailings discarding, resulting in 80.96% TiO2 recovery to the rutile concentrate grading 9.13% TiO2, with the yield of discarded tailings excessing 76%.
