摘    要:以某含铜2.08%的难选氧化铜矿为研究对象, 针对其结合铜含量高、赋存在氧化铁矿中的铜含量大的特点, 分别进行了直接酸浸、浮选、浮选-强磁选-强磁尾分级-(磁精矿+强磁尾细粒)酸浸以及强磁选-强磁精酸浸-强磁尾浮选4种工艺对比试验。结果表明, 采用浮选-强磁选-分级-(磁精矿+强磁尾细粒)酸浸工艺流程指标较佳, 浮选获得了铜精矿铜品位22.84%、铜回收率69.49%, 酸浸铜回收率26.40%, 全流程铜总回收率为95.89%。

Abstract:In tests on beneficiation technique for a copper oxide ore assaying 2.08% Cu, four processing schemes, including direct acid-leaching, flotation, flotation-HIMS-classification of HIMS tailings-acid leaching of HIMS concentrate plus fine grain of HIMS tailings, and HIMS-acid leaching of HIMS concentrate-flotation of HIMS tailings, were adopted in view of the features of predominant copper minerals in this high-copper ore being disseminated in iron oxide minerals. Results show that the third flowsheet leads to a considerably good concentrating effect, with the copper concentrate obtained from flotation approaching 22.84% Cu grade at 69.49% recovery, and 26.40% copper recovery to the concentrate from acid leaching, thus the total copper recovery amounting to 95.89%.
