摘    要:介绍了李楼镜铁矿工艺流程及磨矿分级现状。通过“多碎少磨”原则减小入磨粒度来提高磨矿效率, 开展了磨矿分级作业工艺参数优化试验, 通过考查分析, 表明优化后的磨矿产品粒度组成得到了明显改善。

Abstract:Current state of specularite beneficiation flowsheet in Lilou Mine, including grinding and classification processes, was introduced. The grinding efficiency was increased by reducing the mill feed size adopting a “more crushing and less grinding” principle, and parameters for grinding-classification operations were optimized. According to the effect evaluation, it can be concluded that size distribution of grinding products has been obviously improved.
