摘    要:对河南某地低品位含锂粘土矿进行了试验研究。根据该矿石的工艺矿物学特性, 采用原矿(-2 mm)焙烧-常温浸出流程, 最优试验条件为: 焙烧温度800 ℃, 焙烧时间2 h, 硫酸钙/原矿比0.7, 氟化钙/原矿比0.2, 硫酸钠/原矿比0.2, 浸出时间1 h, 浸出温度20 ℃, 液固比3∶1, 硫酸浓度50%, 在此条件下锂浸出率为95.32%。在参考槽浸最佳条件的基础上进行了柱浸, 可以获得锂浸出率为91.78%的结果。

Abstract:A low-grade lithium-bearing clay from Henan Province was taken for study. According to the mineralogical characteristics, a process of roasting followed by leaching at normal temperature was adopted in the test with the ore at size of -2 mm. Under the following optimal testing conditions: roasting at 800 ℃ for 2 h with calcium sulfate/ore ratio at 0.7, calcium fluoride/ore ratio at 0.2 and sodium sulfate/ore ratio at 0.2, followed by the leaching at 20 ℃ for 1 h with liquid-solid ratio at 3∶1, sulfuric acid concentration of 50%, the leaching rate of Li reached 95.32%. Then a column leaching test was conducted with the best condition of tank leaching as reference, resulting in the leaching rate of Li up to 91.78%.
