硫酸生产低温位热能回收关键泵密封技术进展

摘    要:低温位热能回收技术是硫磺制酸工艺中回收三氧化硫吸收工序低温位热能的技术,其中浓硫酸循环泵是热能回收系统(HRS)中的关键设备,其密封是该循环泵的关键。综述了HRS中浓硫酸循环泵的密封技术进展。介绍了该密封所面临的特殊环境,以及目前广泛使用的机械密封和组合式密封的原理、结构和应用。指出气体润滑非接触干气密封应用于该工况应考虑的问题。

Abstract:The low level heat energy recovery technology is the recovery of low level heat energy from sulfur trioxide absorption process in sulfuric acid production, concentrated sulfuric acid circulation pump is the key equipment in the heat recovery system (HRS) , and the seal is the key to the circulating pump. The HRS concentrated sulfuric acid circulation pump sealing technology progress was reviewed. The special work- ing condition faced by the seal, and the structures, principles and applications of current widely used me- chanical seals and combination seals were reviewed. The problems that the non-contact gas-lubricated dry gas seals used in this condition should be considered.
