GFP高效雾化喷头在合成氨脱硫系统中的应用

摘    要:合成氨采用填料塔脱硫存在阻力大、堵塔等问题。采用空塔+填料塔串联方式改造脱硫系统,脱硫贫液雾化采用GFP防堵雾化喷头,空塔的脱硫效果达到98%,填料塔改成工艺水洗涤塔防止氨逃逸。有效的解决了堵塔的问题,又减少了原料和能量的消耗。

Abstract:There is a phenomenon of resistance and block tower in a packed tower in ammonia systems. In this paper, we use an empty eolumn and packing absorbing column to transform desulfurization system, the GFP Sprinkler head were used in the empty,eolumn, we obtained 98% desulfurization effect. They reached the redueed consumption of raw materials and energy, and achieved maximum benefits of energy eonservation.
