堆取料机存在问题及改进措施

为解决堆取料机卸、取煤能力的问题,对堆取料机走行机构行走轮轮轴的键槽底面与轮轴、悬臂皮带机改向滚筒、下料槽、转轴油槽等设计进行局部改造,从而延长堆取料机的使用寿命,并提高了整机设备的效率,解决了设备维护、保养难的问题。

Existing Problems and Improving Measurements of Stacker-reclaimer

In order to solve the capacity problem of stacker-reclaimer during unloading and loading coal, design of the keyway bottom and shaft of walking wheel shaft of the stacker walking mechanism, deflector drum of the cantilever belt, cutting groove, the shaft oil groove were partially reformed, in such way the service life was prolonged, the output rate of the whole machine equipment was enhenced, the difficult problem of maintenance was solved.
