摘    要:用花生蛋白粉作为原料,用碱、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、尿素、氢氧化钙对其进行改性,合成一种具有社会效益和生态效益的改性花生蛋白胶粘剂,运用正交实验法考察了花生蛋白粉量、十二烷基苯磺酸钠量、尿素量和氢氧化钙量对改性花生蛋白胶黏剂的胶结性能的影响,同时分析了十二烷基苯磺酸钠和尿素对该胶黏剂的改性机理。

Abstract:Peanut protein adhesive,which had good social and ecological benefit,was synthesized with peanut protein powder modified by sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate,urea and calcium hydroxide.The effect of dosages of peanut protein powder,sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate,urea and calcium hydroxide were studied by orthogonal design test.The modification mechanisms of dodecylbenzene sulfonate and urea were analyzed.
