基于液压伺服控制系统的离心机动平衡调节系统仿真

摘    要:离心机是土工试验和环境模拟试验的重要设备。动平衡调节系统是离心机自动平衡调节,保证其稳定运行的重要装置。建立了基于液压伺服控制系统的离心机动平衡调节系统模型。借助MATLAB/SIMULINK软件,对离心机可能出现的不平衡情况进行仿真分析。结果证明了液压系统在离心机动平衡调节应用上的可行性和准确性,为离心机液压平衡系统设计提供依据。

Abstract:Centrifuge is widely used in soil test and environmental simulation test.Dynamic balancing system is an important equipment in the application of centrifuge automatic balancing adjustment to ensure stable operation.Centrifuge dynamic balance adjustment system was modeled based on hydraulic servo control system.The imbalance cases that centrifuge may occur were simulated by MATLAB/SIMULINK.It is proved that the application of hydraulic system in centrifuge is feasible and accurate.Moreover,it provides basis ...
