| 摘 要： | 大型结构件是工程机械的重要组成部分,关系着工程机械的外观质量和整机性能,由于体积庞大、加工精度要求高,大型结构件的生产一直是企业面临的难题。详细分析了工程机械上大型结构件的结构特点,深入探讨了大型结构件的生产工艺性,并具体介绍了一种合理的生产工艺过程,对提高大型结构件的质量和生产效率具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Large-scale parts are very important to construction machinery which qualities affect the appearance and performance of the machine.Because of large scale and high precision,it is very difficult for factory to product them.The structural characteristics of construction machinery's large-scale parts were analyzed.The production processes were discussed deeply.An useful production process was put out which can be used to improve quality and production efficiency. |
