摘    要:介绍一种气动肌腱驱动的基于增力铰杆-恒增力杠杆的压紧装置,分析其工作原理,并给出相应的力学计算公式。利用气动肌腱输出力/直径比大、输出力/质量比大的突出优点,该装置能够显著地对输入力进行放大,增力效果明显,没有污染,是一种绿色的压紧装置。

Abstract:A new kind of force clamping device based on toggle force amplifier-force lever driven by pneumatic muscle was introduced.The working principle of the device was analyzed.Some corresponding mechanics calculating formulas of output force were provided.Utilizing the outstanding advantages of pneumatic muscle such as large ratio between output force and diameter,large ratio between output force and weight,this device has a good effect of force amplifying with no contamination.It is a green-oriented device.
