U型钢弯曲回弹试验及回弹规律数值分析

摘    要:通过对25U型钢弯曲回弹前后实际曲率半径与型材弯曲理论公式数值计算结果的对比、分析,结果表明:25U型钢在弯曲半径大于1 000 mm时,随着弯曲半径的减小,所对应回弹量增大,回弹前的弯曲半径与型材弯曲理论公式数值计算结果之间存在很大的误差;当弯曲半径小于1 000 mm时,随着弯曲半径的减小,所对应回弹量变化不大,并且与型材弯曲理论公式数值计算结果之间的误差较小。实际应用中以1 000~2 500 mm曲率半径为主,因此需在这一范围内对型材弯曲理论公式进行修正,修正后的型材弯曲理论公式数值计算结果与实验值相吻合,可以用于计算25U型钢加工设备的控制量,指导实际生产。
