定轴式变速器管路油液的虚拟现实仿真

摘    要:在利用三坐标测量技术和逆向工程技术建立变速器数字化三维模型的基础上,研究基于Open Inventor的定轴式变速器管路系统油液运动虚拟现实仿真的实现方法,并在VC++开发平台上实现了仿真系统,不但使复杂的变速器液压控制系统更清晰地展现出来,而且缩短了变速器的设计周期。

Abstract:Based on digital three-dimensional model of transmission built by coordinate measuring and reverse engineering technologies,the realization of virtual reality simulation for fixed-axis motion transmission pipeline oil system was researched based on Open Inventor.On VC+ + development platform,the simulation system was implemented by which not only the complex transmission hydraulic control system was clearly revealed,but also the design cycle of transmission was shortened.
